Management of the entire scope of work related to the readiness of the ships of the company and the customer: (ongoing and preventive repairs with subsequent commissioning (SMS/PMS), selection of necessary technical personnel, tracking of work plans according to the requirements of the Maritime Communities Register Documents (RMRS & RINA), tracking of orders and movement of necessary materials/spare parts/equipment, preparation of all related reports within the company and requested by the customer/Transport Ministry.

• Monitoring of technical status reports of controlled vessels
• Ships and barges repairing in docks (Baku, Astrakhan, Abu Dhabi, Bautino)
• Data collection for development of specifications and requirements for new vessels on demand of company's needs
• Inspections of works performed by third parties with notes to management
• Report to management the list for necessary technical modifications to marine assets/assets
• Preparation of technical specifications for tender documents of vessels
• Tender evaluations and recommendations to management for spot market vessels
• Testing of sea trials after repair and commissioning
• Inspection of vessels by Maritime Society(RMRS, RINA)
• Drawing preparation.
• Flagging Company fleet (bareboat charter and State registration (permanent flag).
• Preparation documents and info requested by Transport Ministry of RoK.
